Shoutbox

Basically a blue skin with lots of gloss. Currently only skinned the contact list and logon - of which the wordwheel and main contactlist parts have options to be turned on or off. There is also the option to have the image on the logon bigger if you like to have a wider contact list.

My next step is going to be recoding everything I have now to make a it a lot tidier etc, after which I may skin the conversation window, and will definitely add more options. Tbh this is just a tester to see if people like it, and to get comments/feedback - I've been using it for a while now though, and I like it so ;p 

It looks "ok"...i won't knock effort as you have put more in than myself...but i personally do not like the "boxy" appearance of the lighter colours. Nice work though.

EDIT: Love the sign in window and toasts though

nice try, but i don't like it, doesn't flow well between the colours in my opinion

What Nile says sums up what I wanted to say.

And base it off Open Live if you want everything already organized .

It's pretty good, vax, although i think it would look lots of times better if it had a similar background in the contact list too, i luuuuuuuuuv the logon window

I did have one, but it was being lame so I removed it. I'll look into making it for you =p

The toasts are heaps cool as is the sign in window...


 
I hope you end up skinning the conversation window and adding the extra options you mentioned in your post, would love to see it all finished…     

its ooook, but i think it might look good in other colours/shades tbh, the glossiness works well though, and yeah a BG image would rox.

not bad, but the gloss that is on the top part and search bar seems a bit too strong for my likings its really sharp. But the colour scheme and pattern is certainly in the right direction.

The name of the skin is pretty close to the one I'm working on right now Ah well great minds think alike I guess.
