O.P. Very odd and disturbing error from WLM 9.0 Beta
When I try to sign into WLM 9.0 Beta on my main account I got an error message saying how the service is unavailable. However it works perfectly fine on a new account I made two minutes ago (using the same computer btw)

That you are using a Beta you are not supposed to?
Just uninstall it, and install wlm 8.5, end of story
No but it works perfectly with my alternative account...Meh, oh well.Update: I tried to run WLM 9.0 Beta on my other computer and it worked PERFECTLY too. I try to run WLM 9.0 Beta on THIS computer and it doesn't work...wtf?

Really odd that the new account does work on the computer the other one doesn't works, I would say maybe a problem with the internet but then again no because the other account works.
MSN sometimes can be really strange with its errors

Well I just found out that, this new account that I made doesn't even work properly. ALTHOUGH keep in mind that my other computer runs 9.0 perfectly fine (yes, the other computer is attached to the same router) So....W....T....F...?!

Try this, sometimes it works, close the WLM and then go this folder C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
and delete the file hosts.msn
WLM uses it, don't worry it will be created again by WLM, I noticed that the WLM troubleshooter tends to point errors on the hosts file and when I delete that file it does work again sometimes.
