I start my msn as usually and after a while a update msg pops up and disables my mouse and keyboard and sends weird stuff to half of my online contacts, and then i cant talk to them untill i restart my computer, and this keeps happening all the time...anyone knows what can i do?

What program is the update message for? How does it popup? What have you installed around the time this started happening?

That smells like a virus in my opinion, did you accepted any odd files from your contact or installed something recently?
