Very nice skin, I love how it is put together. I do have one point I would like to share:

It's compatible with the standard messenger toolbar remove option is what I mean by that, access it by the orb menu  a later update may see me adding custom menu thing like willz (reason it's not in this is it'd be like stealing code for the contest, something willz was not happy me doing, I'd also try to have a minimal ribbon mode )
