is there a way to set a unique sound for each user messaging me, any script out there? I know you can set different unique sounds for each user signing in, but what about for individuals messaging me, so I could tell which user was messaging me if I was away from the computer by a custom sound assigned only them, or only have it make a sound for certain contacts of who I choose messaging me instead of every user

You can already do that with Messenger Plus! Live itself.

For specific sound per contact:
Rightclick on that contact in your contactlist > Messenger Plus! Features > Events Notifications > Create New Notification...

Same sound for several contacts:
Go to Plus > Preferences > Customize! > Events Notifications... click Add and choose Notify for selected Contacts.. (first image in the screenshot)

but it still only makes a sound once, when they start a conversation it makes the sound only once, they really should have "when contact sends a message" not just when they start a conversation because then it only makes the sound once, is there a way to do that with a script? to make it have a custom sound for each contact that I choose whenever they type if the window is closed,I think it would be really handy say if you are in the other room or laying down and you have a bunch of conversations going but minimized, you could know who is typing to you by the sound and rather than having to walk into the room and check it to see which contact is typing to you, I mean its like the only missing option there, think anyone here could make a script to add this option in?
