I always like to keep my Event Viewer open, but for some reason it just won't open anymore. I have the box checked and everything, and then I tried to re-download Plus! but the window won't come up.

Any solutions? :(

Plus --> Preferances --> Messenger --> Event Logging

The "Display the Event viewer window" box is ticked, yes.

Can anyone help me~? I need to be able to stalk peoples' statuses!

Sure it isnt open? Just in the corner?

I think plus saves your settings in a temp file somewhere, so you may have to remove those aswell as the actual program

I'm pretty sure it's not hidden in a corner. @_@

And.. I can't find a temp file anywhere. :/

IIRC, it's saved to the registry somewhere.

Karen606: What version of Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live are you using and also which Operating system?

I'm assuming it's whatever the latest one is, since I've re-downloaded it and stuff. :/

I'm using Vista.

i experienced the same trouble with you.
i tried to uninstall the whole thing-wlm and Messenger Plus- then re-download and re-install'em..
and IT WORKS!
