What is the First step after getting the documents and how do i do it...

Those aren't images, they're windows

Anyway, editing image 20061 is a good place to start, but you could also mockup what you want your skin to look like first, in a program like Photoshop, Paint.NET, GIMP, even plain old MSPaint (Not really advisable though ). Most skinners (?) do this to make sure they know what they're trying to achieve.

all is write in documentation is a good help...
and for me this forum ...if u look all the post of "skinning"
u can trove many teaching
and first of all your passion for the skin
