hello.
can someone please show me how to send a mass message on MSN?

If you have got msn plus install then all you need to do is open all the contacts you wish to send the message to and then in one of the chat windows enter

/all write message here

This will send the message to all of the open contact windows.

I'm sorry, but how do I open all the contacts? I'm really not familiarized with this MSN thing.

I would really appreciate it  if you could explain this in a step by step way

Just start a conversation with all the contacts you want to send the message to, and type in what silent-viper said in one of them Your message will be sent to all of the currently open conversations.

Oh...so open a window for every contact that I want to IM?
and then type in in just one of the windows?

I get it now, but that's kind of silly...it would take me maybe an hour to do that if Iwould  want to send a message to,  lets say, 300 people.
Isn't it possible to send a mass message without opening the windows? Maybe just by specifying a group of contacts...
There must exist a more viable solution

There is an easier way, I've just found out.

On WLM 8.5, click "Show Menu" in the contact list. Go into the "Actions" submenu, and select "Send an instant message...". The dialog that comes up allows you to select the recipients far easier than the previous method.
