O.P. Huh?  Windows Explorer crashes
I have a laptop and sometimes when i click the volume button to make it louder/quieter i get an error saying that windows explorer is not responding
what should I do?

What model laptops do you have?

Try going to the manufacturer website and updating the software/drivers for the hotkeys
