I think it'd be a good idea if skins had an option to be shaped or not.

Especially as this is a workaround for disabling the aero interface on WLM. it would be good if we could provide an option in the options panel to shape the skin or not, therefore skins that are just using shaping to make a minor modification to disable aero could give the users the option whether to disable it or not

basically <PlusSkin> tags need to be enabled in SkinInfo, or some other means of making this possible

Great suggestion djdannyp. This would be a great workaround for the Aero issue. Let's hope Patchou implements it in the next release.

Agreed, except it shouldn't be called anything related to shaping.

<DisableAero>True</DisableAero> sounds ok.

This way a skinner doesn't need to do anything related to shaping to disable the frame.

I was thinking more of what MenthiX suggested since me, I do not exactly know how shaping works and I believe most skinners don't so it would be easier if we could just disable the frame.

As long as something is done about the issue, I don't mind what as long as it fixes it.

Sounds good.... that is if Aero would actually disable itself properly for me Bah just my luck, I'm pretty much stuck doing nothing now.
