Hi guys

I can guess what f*cked up my messenger.
I just don't know how to fix it.

It greatly bothers me because MSN is nothing without Plus! I use it a lot.

I got a Windows Live mail that offers Holiday Freebies.

I liked to have a Holiday Theme on my Messenger, so I followed the link and clicked download.
I immediately got up pop up that said the theme was downloaded and ready to use, but nothing happened.
Restarted MSN, looked like crap, Plus! was gone.
In the menu it says "software not loaded"
The safe mode thingie doesn't work.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both MSN and Plus.
No success.

I think that Windows Live Theme broke something somewhere.
And I want it undone

I'm not a computernoob, so if you need me to check smth out or go to a bit more difficult process to fix it, that shouldn't be a problem.

What version of Windows Live Messenger do you have?

The Plus I had was 423
And I downloaded and tried 470 too today

I uninstalled everything windows live related today,
reinstalled only a few, including messenger,
added Plus! again.
And it seems to work again now.

Still pissed at Hotmail Freebies. -_-
