Hello, if some is sending files or pictures on messenger and they are being downloaded while the person is on a work network are they saved anywhere even if the save history option is off? The messenger belongs to the person not the office but being sent from and received from work. Can these conversations and files be traced since they are for another work project?
If the computer is on a corporate network, it is certainly possible that somewhere along the network something is logging what you are doing. Its like giving a note to a friend, to give to another friend. The first friend certainly CAN look at the note, but doesn't mean that they actually do.

They could be logged, and yes, they probably can be viewed. Don't send files to someone when you don't want those files viewed and there's even the slightest chance that they will get viewed. Wait until they're at home.
