Hello everybody,

i have a Problem, i make some screens:

I want that my Messenger look like this, i really don't know how i make this as it looks like this in the screen.




But the "normal" Skin is like this:




Could anyone help me how I could set the settig, that the skin is everytime like the one in the first screen?
I didn't find a menupoint in the settings

As I understand it, disabling 'Aero' on Vista is the only way to make it look like the first screen.

Once the new version of Messenger Plus! Live is released you will be able to apply a skin to it which will remove the aero

Hm, the problem is I didn't disable AERO...

I think there must be a way to "activate" =)

What was happening when your messenger first looked like the first picture?

What other programs were you using?

Only Firefox 3.0, Filezilla (FTP) and ICQ Messenger

Nothing what would disable the AERO for a short time...^^

But you are right, if I disable AERO i can see the same Style as there is in the first screen.

But i think the first one is looking much better, why is WLM with AERO so "ugly"

I agree with you that it looks better without aero

I'm trying to get an option to disable aero added to Plus, or at least easily addable via a skin.

At the moment there is no setting or anything to disable the aero just for Messenger.....so I can't explain what happened to yours

It really looks better than the WLM with the AERO Frame =)

With the new Beta of MP!L the Aero Switcher doesn't work =(

EDIT: I'm sorry it still work^^
