When I want to change the display picture in WLM a "Display Pictures" window pops up with a thumbnail scrollbar list of all the display pictures. Is there a way to customize the order in which these thumbnails show in the list? Thanks

Hey, guys. New poster here.

I've searched through pages and pages of forum but have no been able to find anything relating to the ordering of display pictures within msn. I even searched through the mess.be forums, but found zilch.

The problem I'm having is that the ordering of my display pics is screwed. Well and truly screwed. If I add a new image to my display pics, it assigns itself to a random location with the display pictures list. As one can imagine, this is unbelievably annoying.

I'm running MSN 8.5.1302.1018, with MsnPlus! Live 4.70.0.334 on an XP Pro machine.

I formally ran msndiscovery:live but it seemed to screw up my last conversation text in new conversation window and my msnplus chat logs, so I had to get rid of it, much to my dismay.

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

IIRC, display pics are renamed when moved to WLMs own folder... They are probably showing up in alphabetical order and there is nothing you can do to change it as it's WLMs internal code.

Damn, that bloody sucks! But how would this have just happened like that?! One minute it's displaying them normally, then the next it's all over the place!
