I have loaded this now and I either need to uninstall it, but i cannot find it on the uninstall programs list to do so, or i need to get a fix for it.
the option to have a webcam has been greyed out in the menu bar, how can i get this back....
all i have is the option to do video calls which is no good when you are trying to have a 3 way conversation with family members.
please help with either solution

Its a known issue that happens with alot of users.. Try re-installing msn or downgrading to a previous version.
