Look at the skin folder, it can be C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Skins\AvalonConcept2009, there is something useful.

How do I make the background my own photo instead of one of the options you give?

I see the "my photo" option, but it just leaves the background blank.

Any ideas?

It's just that the skin adds too many extra bottons at the stop which squish everything.

If you are under XP you can use this Script

If you are under Vista save your photo as:

Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Skins\Avalon Concept 2009\Images\MyOwnBckgrnd.png

Hey! I use Vista but your code doesn't work... after trying several times. And I wonder how you can reach a picture of your own from the 'avalon' window..

Anyway could you put up some more black-darker backgrounds please? I use the 'ultimate' now, but it doesn t seem to fit very well...

Copy/Paste the image you want in the location Guena said, and rename it to MyOwnBckgrnd, it has to be a PNG image.

Where configuration is saved ? because when i try your skin, we can choose status color, and now i can change this color...

Edit : i've found in registry, but why status color have been deleted ??

This option is back in the option panel. Last build: 2.0.7

A VISTA compatible release of the Script (wich allow to add your own picture to backgrounds of the Skin) should be available on thursday morning.
