i have managed to find where live stores the moving pics you are able 2 make using a web cam but they are in DT2 and ID2 format im not familiar with these formats but want 2 convert them to a gif and do the same but opposite (basically use a gif as a dp and have it work properly and get my made dp and use it for other things like myspace or what ever) if u kno wat im talking about and can help me pls say so if not ill try explain more

holy $#!7 nvm i figured it out myself the DT2 format is like rar or zip winrar opens it and the gif is inside now ive just gotta figure out how to reverse it..

however, I don't think there is anything in there to do with the gifs created by WLM.

I've not tried it myself, as I just create GIFs using photoshop.....but if you've figured out that it's a zipped format and you want the GIF itself then have you tried opening the DT2 file with WinRAR or WinZip and extracting the file that way?

It may be that it isn't possible to get the gif out of this format
