Where do I find this codec?

Anyway, I've already gone through the audio and video setup many times, it just keeps turning the volume on itself back down whenever I start a video call.

You seem to have a Creative SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS installed, but apparently it is for notebooks :S Must be obsolete then.
