i have downloaded the google earth 5.0 that you can see under the ocean...how i can see under the ocean???

Activate the "Ocean" Layer...
please note that you can't actually see the undersea, only how is the ground supposed to be (without textures.)
But... you can watch some nice Youtube videos in open sea. =)
