wlsetup-custom.exe - Origianl not found

The ordinal 266 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll.

what the hell does that mean? anybody know?

Okay so I clicked that link and went to "WindowsInstaller-KB884016-v2-x86.exe" but it wants me to backup my files? What is this?

Go ahead, its a Windows update. I think you can don't backup your files if you want to.
