I've uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired...  and it's not to do with having Windows Live Messenger 2009, because the problem originated before then.

I am unable to create interfaces!  If I duplicate a perfectly working window, or directly copy a window from the Scripting Documentation, or write one myself that should work, it doesn't.

In a script, nothing happens.  No error, no debug message, nothing.  Using the Interface Tester, it comes with "Error loading XML file".  What's wrong with it?

Did you save the file as unicode?

Umm...  I think so?

open it with notepad then click save as, make sure the file encoding is unicode

Okay, it works now.  Silly mistake, I know...  thanks anyway!
