there one thing you can do...log in to msn in your old computer (same account that has your old emoticons) and send all your emoticons...go to your new computer save it one by one once you receive it :P

Yep, the guy didnt mention his vesion though. Anyway, cant it be done by transfering the CustomEmoticons folder or something like that?
