No script button on chatbox?

O.P. RE: No script button on chatbox?
I used ZapMessenger and it had uninstalled it. I then downloaded newest Messenger, installed it, then installed latest Plus!

And the buttons still are not showing!!! :o

This is really strange!

What version of MP!L and WLM are you using?

(Exact versions as shown in:

WLM > Help > About

and

WLM > Plus! > About Messenger Plus!

No Addons installed except Messenger Plus.

Plus! Version: 4.80.0.356
Messenger Version: 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.206)

If you type / in a conversation, do you get a list of commands up?

Or if you send (!VER) in a conversation does it come up properly listing your OS, WLM and Plus versions?

/ does nothing and posting (!VER) just sends person (!VER)

My Plus! is messed up!

Have you checked your Add/Remove programs to see if you have SweetIM, SmileyCentral, Kiwee, GDI++ or Messenger Discovery Live installed? 

As these are all known to conflict with Messenger Plus! Live and cause the problem you are describing.

If none of those are present, then please do as described in the post above
