Hi, I've recently installed and reinstalled plus and messenger themselves numerous times but it still won't work

This is what i've done
1. Reinstall Messenger (Using default directory) and run (W9) it works fine.
2. Installs Plus! and it just doesn't show in my MSN console thing.


What should i do? Im using the latest software for MSN and Plus therefore there shouldn't be problems.

What directories should i be installing them to (Im using 64Bit therefore diffrent stuff)?

Right now my Messenger is installed to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live

And my Plus is installed to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Messenger Plus! Live


Any solutions to this problem?

Please provide your exact versions of Windows Live Messenger and Plus! And what do you mean by Plus! doesnt work? You dont see any of the Plus! buttons or what? Open a convo with someone, type (!VER), send it and copy whatever it gives you here.

Um using !VER wont show anything in a conversation. But i got the exact ones from the downloading sites and i downloaded them yesterday so i assume its the lattest one.

and @ plus thing. I cant see the buttons so i don't even know if its functioning or not.

Please paste the version of Windows Live Messenger and Plus!

Do you have SweetIM, SmileyCentral, Kiwee or GDI++ installed, as these are all known to conflict with Messenger Plus! Live.

Check your Add/Remove Programs for them as they can sometimes become installed without our knowledge

I have Kiwee but i like raped it i think...
weird thing is that the kiwee search bar is still here but i removed it from Program files

and i have 14.0.8064.206 for WL9
but i don't know about plus since it doesnt list

Never mind, I managed to fix the problem myself

I just reinstalled Kiwee then used Revo Uninstaller and deleted everything with registries etc and it worked fine

Don't use add/remove programs try using REVO uninstaller and uninstalling those

If you dont have kiwee or those listed in that list check if you know that you've previously installed it, install it then use revo and uninstall
