Ok, so this is my problem and I need answer ASAP!

I downloaded MSN Windows live Messenger 9.0today and I installed it whit no problems...
And then I went to login I couldn't...
So I deleted it, and downloaded the MSN Windows Live Messenger 8,1...
And when I started installing that version this error comes...

But to help you I know why this happened....
That was because I deleted the Windows Live Messenger with "delete button" I just deleted it through it's path (C:/Program files/Windows Live) I deleted that folder and now I cannot instal the Messenger...

Is there any way to fix this...

What is the error that comes to you? Also, did you then uninstall Windows Live Messenger from Add/Remove Programs?

I didn't uninstall it through add or remove programs I was fool

And now for the error part...
"Windows live messenger setup has failed with error code:
'1603'. Please go to the Windows Live Messenger website http:/messenger.live.com to download the latest version of windows live messenger."

Try using ZapMessenger to remove all traces of WLM and then try running the installer again

I downloaded it and extracted it...
And then I opened the exe file and this error came:
"The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application"

You need to have the .NET framework for this application to run.
