imo the ep was ok.. and as djdannyp said, he shouldn't have been standing next to the window ;( Then again, HRG could have said "THIS IS PRIMATECH" and kicked the crazy guy out of the window too Credits to Nitro for that one
As for the rebel.. may be its a new character. I have a feeling its someone from the comic. I have all of them but I've not had the time to go through it.
