Hi everyone I got messenger 7.5 and for some reason one day I login and found out all the text I type are not the font I have chosen. Eg I selected Broadway and it shows the default Arial and for some font it shows Times New Roman.

All fonts end up been either Arial or TNR. I can still apply underline, italics and etc. as well as colors.

I have tried to reinstall but got no results. So I downloaded the newest MSN Live and unfortunately the font still stays the same.

All my other applications, including MS Word, Powerpoint, their font works perfectly.

I am looking forward to fix this problem ASAP. Thank you!!

Ensure that Messenger isn't configured to override any fonts. I think there's also some Plus! settings that control it (can't check now, on Ubuntu).

Yes, there are settings that can override fonts, but only when your contact posts. They have no effect on your own font.

Does the problem happen even without Messenger Plus! installed?
