Windows Live Communications Platform has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It continues to say this and if I don't click on either SEND ERROR REPORT OR DON'T SEND the msn continues to run as normally it's just crazy...

Plz help...

Is "Windows Live Essentials" listed at Add and Remove programs panel? (Programs and Resources in Vista and 7)

Yes it is why???...
I've even unistall it and install again and again....

If it is, that means you have to uninstall it before trying to install WLM8.5. Live Essentials just won't let older programs to be installed.
