Iv just upgraded my windows live messenger to the 2009 version (8.5) and i cant sign in. there is an error code 8000401a but i have been onthe help and couldnt find out what the error message means.
could anyone tell me what it means and how i can solve it please? cos im really missing being on messenger lol
