O.P. Emotion sounds error message - **internal**[Messenger Plus! Sound] - Data{3319CAA9649
Can anyone advise as to why I can send emotion sounds fine through my messenger account yet my son is getting the following error message each time when he tries through his account :

**internal**[Messenger Plus! Sound] - Data{3319CAA96493} - allo allo

We are using the same laptop and have got Messenger Plus Version 4.80.0.356

A custom emoticon shortcut such as "!" prevented the sound to be successfully sent; this has been fixed in the latest Plus! version 4.81.358. Please download it at http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/ :)
