I need a easier way of making a skin i find the one that shows u is to complicated please help as I would love to make my own msn 9.0 skins

There isn't an easier way to make a skin.

The scary thing is it actually used to be a lot harder before Messenger Plus! added the feature.

To be able to skin you need to know how XML works and to some extent basic css. Without that you can't really go anywhere.
