Hi when I try and download the new version of Messenger Plus, v.4.81, the download keeps stopping when it's downloaded 99% and won't complete the download. This has happened several times. How can it be fixed so I can download it?

Clear your browser cache and delete any previously (partly) downloaded files. Try again after that.

It's working fine from both sources here. The official site seems very slow from here at the moment though. Getting around 10KB/s.

How do you delete partly downloaded files? And do you mean delete everything associated with messenger plus too, like files named 'MsgPlus_Img1322.png'?

No, just delete any MsgPlusLive-481.exe and files like MsgPlusLive-481.exe.part if they're still there. How you do that exactly depends on the browser (or download manager) you're using.

OK I've done both of what you said and re-downloaded it, think it actually fully downloaded it this time but now when I try and run it it's coming up with an error message saying 'MsgPlusLive-481.exe is not a valid Win32 application?
