i want to try this out but i hoped to not having to install the regular windows live messenger on my computer
so i was wondering if theese 2 programs are compatible? (wlm lite + plus!)

oh and, if the compability is not possible, how can i download original wlm 8.5? microsoft seems to want one to get the new version 2009, and that i dont want.

WLM Lite last (and only) time I used it was already very buggy on it's own. I doubt it will work.
You can download WLM 8.5 on the Microsoft site. Although you're better of using the latest version. If you don't like how it looks, just change it with a Plus! skin .
