O.P. Event Viewer "Ghosting"

Recently I had this problem of my event viewer displaying duplicate entries with the duplicate one having a '1:' in front of it. any idea why?

the problem is gone for now but it will reappear soon i guess?

I notice I get this problem whenever I test my TCP connection settings in WLM's connection options settings.
