Hope i posted in the right section i dont know where to look anymore is there a way to make WLM 2009 display your own Scene background Image in the conversation window ?

yes, under the set of thumbnails, there's a button that says "browse" click it and point to the image you want to use

Unfortunately the most you can do is change the colour scheme to your own choosing (this will of course remove the contact's scene and use the default blue scene instead, only colorized). You can do this by right-clicking the scene area and checking "Use Default Scene".
