I am running on Windows Xp my question is wiyth Windows Live messenger when someone calls me I do not sem to have an audio alert how can I fix this and control volume of same .Thanking you in anticipation

Welcome to msghelp. first thing you might try is checking your settings (Tools\Options\Sounds Tab) to make sure you have a sound enabled. if you don't, select one of the preinstalled sounds, or find your own. the problem could also be that the sound is working fine, but is too quiet for your speakers. in that case, upload your own, loader sound. hope this helps!
