If i upgrade to the newest windows live version (i still have the previous aqua bluish loking one* will i still be able to use all of the features of windows live plus? ^.^

Gostaria de excluir definitivamente as pessoas que bloqueei no msn e que ficam na Lista de Bloqueios. Como consigo isso?

I'd like to definetely delete people I've blocked at MSN and that still are in the blocked contacts list. How can I do that?

Vá em Opções > Privacidade, e na lista de bloqueados, clique com o botão direito do mouse e selecione excluir =)

Go to Options > Privacy, and at the blocked contacts list, right-click them and select delete.
