One of my comps runs on Windows 98, I had the MsgPlus! 2 which was released in February this year and for some reason, it worked with MSN 6.0 when it came out...

good for you

and bad for your messenger and system...some functions do work, but i'm sure you'll encounter unexpected problems

yes there was only about 2 or 3 features that worked with it

a compatible msn plus to go with 6 will be out soon enough...

It is out    msgplus version 2.20.45 (is the latest) compatible with msn6

actually does anyone know a release date 4 it? coz usually in the main MsgPlus General Talk page theres a notice about the compatablility etc and thats no longer there soo anyone know when? I've heard round the 17th of july but is that definate?

A release date for MSN6 or for the final version of the Plus! beta? for MSN6 it's the 17th of July (so says MicroSoft).
The release date for the final version of Plus! I do not know, I guess around that period also

but now the new one works with msn6, and has more features... isn't that reason enough to change over?
