Can someone make a version of Intuos that's compatible with 2009 versions of Windows Messenger?

Technically, only the creator the the Intuos, Cintiq, is allowed to post a 2009 version for his skin.

Other people can, but still only with his permission.

So I bet you can make better skins then, why don't you at least try?
Anyways, while it isn't available, can't you try similar skins like Infusco, or Zero-G?
