Hi there,

I've got a problem, but I am not sure if I'm in the right place here.

Can someone be expelled from using MSN, if this person keeps on insulting another person (entering insulting lines in the personal message line, for everyone to see)?

I could attach screenshots I have made, but unfortunately the lines are in german.

I hope you can help me, or at least give me some information on what I can do.

No a person can't be banned from using msn unless maybe if there doing something illegal.

In Windows Live Messenger, go to 'Help > Report abuse' or the equivalent in your language. Messenger Plus is not directly related to MSN or Microsoft so no one can specifically handle your situation here.
They do deal with inappropriate behaviour whether or not it is illegal.

I tried the report feature, I wonder what is going to happen now and hope the insult will stop.

Why don't you just block\delete this person if they are harassing you.

I thought of that too, but I think she (sorry) is bothered because of the person typing those insults in the personal message for everyone to see.

Like Moh is saying, it bothers me that his personal messages are exposed to public. Since I am a Board Administrator of an Online Game, as well as the mentioned person, I don't think I have to explain further.

@Moh ... "she" is bothered ...

But since the report to MSN is on its way, plus I have the option to report him to the local authority, I guess I will get a stopp to this, one way or the other.
