yeah i saw it before.. it's really not bad, but i don't like the colors.. i want the silver one like for 8.5 .. black is also an opportunity

Is Apple Live that skin I mean? And if yes, do you know when that will be?

mynetx has been in the process of updating that skin for a pretty long time now. If I remember correctly he stopped working on it completely because he had other projects which were more important than it (correct me if I am wrong mynetx). It's been months since there has been any word on any production going on.

Hmm.. And couldn't anyone else just do an Apple Live skin or would that be "stealing" ?

as long as they start from scratch its not stealing.

But making an apple skin as detailed as apple live takes a lot of time and effort (and skill). A lot more than what most people want to put in. So I doubt you will be seeing it happen anytime soon since there aren't many skinners around (at least ones experienced enough to make something that's not just a wallpaper skin)
