O.P. Does it log offline messages?
e.g, I sign in and messenger states "you have recieved offline messages. They don't seem to be recorded into the msg plus chatlogg... is this right?

Do i have to write a reply and then it will save?

I don't think they save offline messages at all =(

If you use the "Show offline messages automatically when I sign in" feature of Messenger, it seems a known bug of Plus! that it doesn't record it intermittently.

First message of a session not logged?
Messenger Plus doesnt log the offline messages
