Hello, everyone!

Ok, I got used to this new version but there are 2 things which previous versions had that I can't find in here:

1. There isn't an option to change the colour scheme for each contact separately, if you know what I mean. There's just this option "use the default scene (or not)" and you can choose the background, but not the colour scheme. I could do that with previous versions and I can't find this option here in this one.

2. Is there the "Be right back option"? Yesterday I switched my status to "Be right back" (but only after I found the option in the "Personalized status" menu), but it showed me as "Away"

1. The simple answers is "no".  WLM 2009 chooses the colour of each contact's window based on what "scene" or WLM colour they have selected.

2. No, the options for "Be Right Back", "Out To Lunch" and "On The Phone" have been removed to simplify things.  Although you can still select those options via Personalised Status or commands, they will only appear that way for people using 8.5 or lower (which will soon be impossible).  These options are likely to be removed when Plus! gets updated to version 5

Don't think this is possible - if you use the "default scene" then you'll get that, otherwise you see the scene which your contact uses for their main scene[the one on the contact list]

"Be right back", "out to lunch" etc were removed from this version of WLM and so only offer Available, Busy or Away. Like you say, you can use Plus!'s personalised status feature to combat this by having a custom message added to your name to show your current status more effectively, and with this you can make it so that it shows you as either Busy or Away for your custom status.
