An update of an older script here

Description: Allows your contacts to change your display name and personal message remotely.

Added Features:

• Added saving of whether remote display name changing and remote personal message changing are turned on or off
  
• Added a menu with options to turn remote display name changing or remote personal message changing on or off
  
• Added a help window and an about window

Usage:

• Remote users can use '!name [newname]' to change your display name to [newname]
  
• Remote users can use '!psm [newpsm]' to change your personal message to [newpsm]
  
• To toggle remote display name changing use '/remotename' or the menu item
  
• To toggle remote personal message changing use '/remotepsm' or the menu item
