  I am wondering anyone got the same situation

  I got kaspersky internet secutity 2010 for my window 7, I also enable msgplus multiple account login function in msgplus and whenever I try to send instant messege to my friends, my PC will freeze for unknown reason. The situation also happen when I close the conversation pop window too.

  I am wondering anyone has the same situation ? Is anyway that I can manually completely uninstall msgplus to see if it is the problem?

  But if I uninstall KIS 2010, then the problem will go away.

I installed KIS2010 about a month ago to do a complete system check...
Gave no problems with plus and 7...
Not running it now though...

thanks for the reply, but did u enable multiple account login feature in msgplus? if I login two live messenger in the same time, then the situation will happen.

No, that I have not...

Maybe you could disable/uninstall Plus!, then use a patch to enable polygamy/multi-msn and see if you still have the same problem with KIS. If you do, then you know it's KIS not allowing multiple Messengers running. If it's not, then it could be an incompatibility problem with Plus! and KIS.

Maybe check out Kaskersky Forums, see if anyone else is having the same problem.

anyway, i uninstall KIS and install trend micro security tools pro and it worsk well.

I got to drop the KIS for a while until i find the problem.
