For some reason all of a sudden i cant see the chat history for 1 person but i can see every1 elses. This is the error i keep getting:

i have done a lot of research and a lot of ppl say its cuz of an invalid char that cant be read by XSL. I tried deleting the above line and i just get another error when i try opening it back up:

If any1 knows y i am getting these errors and how to fix the problem please help!
