O.P. Grin  Plugin Installer
While testing the plugins, I had to close Messenger, copy the plugin and restart Messenger. Not any more... I made this plugin installer and it is available for anyone who needs it :P...

Anyways, here's how to use it:
-start a command prompt, then run the program like this:
           MsgPInst(.exe) plugin.dll

It retreives the path automatically from the registry for you.

Please, report any bugs here. I've tested it and have not found any bugs, yet... :)

.zip File Attachment: MsgPInst.zip (19.85 KB)

RE: Plugin Installer
Nice work :)
I was thinking about making something like this (a fully graphical plugin manager, for enabling and disabling) in VB or C++, but thankfully you've done all we need.  Leaves me time to concentrate on that WMP plugin 8-)

I am currently working on a windows version of that program and it should be ready by tonight, I hope... If not, certainly by tomorrow morning... ;)

Here is another one I made when I first started playing with the api..

Simply put this dll in your plugins directory, reload msn and
everytime you need MSN Plus to reload all plugins and/or load
new ones from the plugins directory, do the command: /xpload

I have updated the winMsgPInst program. It had some bugs before, sorry.

So, it has some bugfixes and improved stability.

Please report any bugs. Thanks.
