How do i change the massenger lock icon. and where can i download more icons?

MsgPlus! Preferences & Options >> Messenger >> Messenger Lock >> Click on the icon next to "Change Messenger's icon in the tray to:"

You can use either .ico files or icons embedded in dlls.
