Hi guys, i am having problem with my MSN cam function, my webcam works fine with all the other apps (skype, etc); however, it doesn't work on MSN.
I tested my cam with my other laptop, here is the problem:
I request to send my cam to my laptop, while my laptop is loading to see my desktop's cam, i can see my cam on my desktop. after it loads on my laptop, my desktop's cam close it self, it says "The webcam session has ended.
" does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Do you have McAfee Site Advisor installed on your system?

no? why? do i need it?

By "desktops cam" do you mean an application which shows your webcam?

Maybe you shouldn't run this at the same time as using webcam on WLM?

No, McAfee Site Advisor is a program known to interfere with webcams on WLM

I think he means he's using webcams on both a desktop and laptop computer in order to attempt to diagnose the problem

hmm no, i have two computers: laptop and desktop
both have MSN, laptop has no webcam, desktop has one webcam
i request to show my desktop's webcam on my laptop....
my laptop accepted, and it begins to load,
when it finally loaded....."The webcam session has ended."

oh guys, alright, i just reinstall my laptop's msn, it's my laptop's msn got problem... lol... thanks everyone

The current version (WLM 2009) is the only version you can run and is extremely stable.
