I believe that it will work, they'll get a ''reset'', but that's not due to the hydrogen bomb going off (for a H bomb to go off, the island wouldn't be under water, it'd explode in 47832934 pieces).

The H bomb exploding is what always happened. Something else will soon happen that'll change the course of history and therefore creating the ''alternate timeline'' which is basically the future.

I hope towards the end they don't end up like 24 and kill off all the good characters .

Do you know what time it airs at GMT -2 (or anyone, I can convert)?

It airs in 37 minutes from this posts original post time. I will be watching it on ABC

So, midnight at GMT-2. I just want to calculate how long it takes between the end of the episode (~1 hour later) and the first release on internet. Seems to happen very quickly.

It'll probably pre like 2 minutes after it airs (little longer for 720p)

Wouldn't really matter if they did.....firstly, dying doesn't mean that you're not in the show any more, most characters that have died have still reappeared in some way (Nikki & Paulo are the main exceptions I can think of, but they were kinda rubbish anyway!)

Plus unlike 24, it's not continuing, so with only a handful of episodes left, it won't really matter if characters aren't in it anymore......especially when you consider the VAST cast that it is
